If you are not 100% satisfied with your products that were purchased directly through our online store site www.store.allure-md.com, you may return any items from your order within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
In order to begin the facilitation of your return, please contact our distribution center at 949-706-7874 (available Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 4:30pm PST) to request a return authorization and return instructions. Any returns received without a return authorization will be unable to be processed. Returned items will need to be received by our distribution center within thirty (30) days of the order date to be eligible for a refund. Allure MD™ does not provide prepaid shipping labels, and we encourage you to utilize a method of shipment which allows for tracking of the package.
Please note, refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Any returns made after the thirty (30) day period are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.
Allure MD™ is only able to accept the return of products originally purchased through the Allure MD™ online store website. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Allure MD™. Allure MD™ reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Allure MD™ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
